Culver Custom Homes is proud to stand behind our work, therefore we issue each new homeowner a 10-year warranty. The following is an overview of what our warranty covers. First Year
The following is covered from defect due to noncompliance for performance standards for the first year.
Site Grading/Drainage Concrete/Masonry Rough Carpentry Finish Carpentry(Interior/Exterior) Insulation Roofing & Siding Plumbing Heating/Air Conditioning Electrical	Waterproofing Doors & Windows Garage Doors Lath & Plaster, Wallboard Ceramic Tile Flooring, Carpet Painting, Wall Paper Cabinets Fireplaces
Second Year
The following is covered from defect due to noncompliance for performance standards for the second year.
Plumbing Water Supply Septic Tank Piping	Ventilation Ductwork Electrical Wiring
Through Tenth Year
Through the tenth year the home will be covered from major structural defects.
Foundation Beams Girders Lintels	Columns Walls & Partitions Floor Systems Roof Framing Systems
